Services
1. Culture & Experience Advisory
Bring me in, and I'll tell you what's working, what's off, and what's missing, then help you fix it. I work across the full picture: brand, space, programming, and atmosphere. Honest, specific, actionable. Best for hotels · Restaurant Groups · Members clubs · Cultural Institutions · Developers · Collectors · Brands
2. Portfolio Clarity For artists or collectors who need an outside eye on what to show, what to retire, and what story the work is telling together. One session or ongoing. Best for: Emerging and mid-career Artists · Private Collectors · Corporate Art Programs
3. Equity Edit For organizations that want to build more inclusive practices in how they collect, commission, hire, or communicate. This isn't a checkbox DEI. It's about making your institution actually reflect the world it serves. Best for: Museums · Foundations · Nonprofits · Corporate Collections
4. Narrative & Authentic Voice You know what you stand for, but can't say it without sounding like everyone else? I help you find the language that actually sounds like you. For campaigns, statements, pitches, or public presence. Best for: Nonprofits · Arts Organizations · Social Impact brands · Founders

Kind Bio
Pub. 2026
I grew up between cultures, and I've spent over twenty years working in the space between them, advising organizations, guiding institutions, identifying and championing artists who often go on to significant institutional recognition.
My practice sits at the intersection of cultural strategy and art advisory. I've led the Texas Biennial, presented at ZONA MACO, directed programming for Soho House Austin and Untitled Art Fair, and served as a juror for institutions ranging from ArtPrize in Grand Rapids to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Public Art Program and the Henki Art Prize. I've spoken at Google and the Praxis Center for Aesthetic Studies, and advised the City of Austin on multiple public art initiatives. I've also worked with hospitality groups, hotels, and consumer brands on artist residencies, commissions, and cultural programming, bringing the same rigor I apply to institutional work.
I evaluate talent not just for the quality of their work, but for trajectory, ethics, and cultural significance. My clients collect with confidence; they know what moves them, and I know what lasts.
Rooted in Texas and Latin America, my perspective is cross-cultural, bilingual, and built on knowing what deserves attention and ensuring the right humans get seen.
